This study investigates the potential of blazar jets as sources of ultra-high-energy cosmic rays (UHECRs), astrophysical neutrinos, and gamma rays through a multi-messenger analysis, focusing on four specific blazars: W Comae, 1ES 1959+650, PKS 2005-489, and PKS 2155-304. We analyze the interactions between high-energy protons and photons within the relativistic jets produced by blazars to quantify the observable production of neutrinos and gamma-ray emissions. This modeling contextualizes the emissions within multi-wavelength observations and evaluates the capabilities of the future Cherenkov Telescope Array Observatory (CTAO) in detecting these emissions. Our estimates suggest that these sources could be effective emitters of UHECRs, providing insights into their origins and implying the need for future multi-messenger observations to constrain this class of sources.
